When the John W. Anderson Foundation relocated its operations to the Raymond James Building in Valparaiso, Facet Architecture was selected to provide office renovation design services. The project transformed an existing 2,890-square-foot healthcare suite into a professional and welcoming nonprofit office environment. The renovation supported the Foundation’s mission of providing scholarships and grants to charitable organizations while creating a functional and thoughtfully branded workspace.
The redesigned suite includes a waiting area with a built-in reception desk, five private offices, and two conference rooms designed to support collaboration and board meetings. The primary conference room features custom woodwork, including detailed cabinetry and a dedicated display honoring the Foundation’s founder. This project demonstrates how nonprofit office renovation design can successfully repurpose existing healthcare space into an efficient, mission-driven workplace tailored to organizational needs.
