Robin Witte

Robin Witte is a licensed architect in the States of Indiana and Michigan. She has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture as well as a Master of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Robin has 20+ years of experience and a diverse background in all aspects of architecture and design/build projects. Her expertise spans many aspects of design, that aren’t limited to typical architectural scopes, from project site viability to interior design and furniture selection.

Tony Oss

Tony Oss oversees our in-house and outsourced design work as well as the entire preconstruction process on all negotiated Construction Management and Design-Build projects.He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering & Management from Purdue University and is a Licensed Professional Engineer. He has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and has a wealth of expertise in design-build, construction management, civil and structural engineering, project management, scheduling, cost modeling, and database management and design.

John Binkowski

John Binkowski is a design technician and building information modeling (BIM) specialist. He holds a design technology degree from Ivy Tech Community College. John’s experience spans the industrial, retail, restaurant, and healthcare markets. He is a detail-oriented architectural and design professional with a robust knowledge of building systems and the construction lifecycle.
