When New York Blower in La Porte wanted to move all of its office operations under one roof, they partnered with Facet Architecture and Larson-Danielson Construction to deliver a tailored commercial office design. The 8,000 square foot expansion includes a spacious lobby, large board room, HR wing, breakrooms, restrooms, and additional offices across two floors. Construction on the New York Blower Plant 3 Office Addition began in May 2024 and was completed in October 2025.
This commercial office design highlights thoughtful details that reflect the company’s legacy, from railings inspired by blower components to light fixtures and a fountain incorporating the equipment. The layout encourages collaboration while honoring New York Blower’s history and strong connection to the La Porte community. Facet Architecture worked closely with Larson-Danielson Construction and the New York Blower team to create a functional and engaging workplace that celebrates the founders, employees, and all who have shaped the company’s growth over the years.
