Facet Architecture completed the manufacturing facility design of a new building in New Castle, Pennsylvania for New York Blower. The project was designed to expand the company’s operations in the area with the new facility located adjacent to an existing manufacturing plant. The 34,000 square foot building features office space designed to accommodate permanent employees and guests. The space feature four private offices, a spacious open office, two meeting rooms, and two break areas. The shop area features two 10-ton cranes and three 20-ton cranes, as well as three overhead doors, and two drive-in doors.PROJECT DETAILS
