Healthcare design at its finest. When HealthLinc set out to expand access to integrated healthcare services in Michigan City, they partnered with the Design/Build team of Facet Architecture and Larson-Danielson Construction to deliver a modern community health center tailored to patient-centered care. The new 36,000 square foot facility was carefully designed to support a wide range of services, including primary care, dental, vision care, and pediatric services, all within one cohesive and welcoming environment.
This healthcare design project emphasizes accessibility, operational efficiency, and patient experience. The layout supports coordinated care delivery while creating intuitive wayfinding and comfortable patient spaces that serve the surrounding community. The project received the 2025 Commercial Project of the Year award from the Construction Advancement Foundation and a 2025 Excellence in Construction Award from the Michiana Builders Association. Facet Architecture worked closely with HealthLinc and project partners to create a forward-thinking medical facility that supports affordable, community-focused healthcare delivery.
