When HealthLinc needed to expand services at its Mishawaka community health center, the organization partnered with the Design/Build team of Facet Architecture and Larson-Danielson Construction to renovate 30,000 square feet of unused adjacent space. The project allowed the clinic to grow its capabilities while continuing operations in the existing facility throughout construction.
The expansion introduced a new covered drop-off and entry that leads to a spacious waiting room and community gathering area designed to better serve patients and local residents. The expanded clinic also added new Obstetrical, Optometry, and General Medicine services, supporting HealthLinc’s mission to deliver accessible, comprehensive healthcare to the community.
