When HealthLinc expanded its services into East Chicago, the organization partnered with Facet Architecture to design a new 4,500 square foot community health clinic within a shell building. The project supports HealthLinc’s mission to provide accessible optometry and general medicine services to local patients.

A spacious waiting area with bright, welcoming finishes creates a positive first impression, while thoughtfully designed exam rooms provide privacy and support high-quality care delivery.
