When the John W. Anderson Foundation moved its operations to the Raymond James Building in Valparaiso, a complete renovation of the 2,890 square foot existing suite was needed. The existing healthcare space was repurposed into functional office space for the foundation, which provides scholarships and grants to various charitable organizations. The space features a waiting room with a built-in reception desk, five private office, and two conference rooms. The larger conference room features custom woodwork including cabinetry and a display for a portrait of the foundation’s founder.
