The new GAF facility in Michigan City is a 200,000 square foot distribution center for roofing shingles. The facility is located near a GAF manufacturing plant and features offices as well as a large warehouse for shipping, receiving, and distribution needs. The warehouse features four drive-in doors, 13 dock doors, a truck lounge with restroom, and an office for the despatcher/clerk. The office area includes two private offices, a conference room, IT room, spacious break room, and men’s and women’s restrooms.
